The IS-3 tank, produced from April 1945, was intended to instill respect among the Western Allies. This over 45-ton steel colossus was characterized by a large inclination of the armor plates, which effectively ricocheted projectiles. Equipped with the 122 mm D-25T gun, known from the IS-2 tank, the IS-3, despite its weight, remained relatively mobile thanks to the W-11 diesel engine. The block model of the IS-3 was designed with attention to detail to reproduce the characteristic rounded shapes of the original as faithfully as possible.

The IS-3 tank model consists of over 1100 parts, which makes it a real construction challenge. When assembled, the tank reaches an impressive length of 35.5 cm. Under the removable turret with a basket there are reproduced interior elements, and under the service hatch you can place a block replica of the W-11 tank engine. On the turret there are blocks with periscope prints, adding realism to the entire structure. The model's tracked traction works when the tank is moving, and the turret rotates, allowing the barrel to be raised and lowered.

The set includes a figure of a Soviet tank crew member in a characteristic navy blue overalls, which allows you to create realistic battle scenes.
