Kampinos National Park, established in 1959, is one of the oldest national parks in Poland. It protects the unique nature of the Kampinos Forest, which is the green lungs of Warsaw. The map covers the entire area of the Park with enclaves and adjacent areas, from the Vistula Valley in the north to the Warsaw agglomeration in the east.

The Kampinos Forest is an area of exceptional tourist value. Contrasting dunes, swamps and forest fragments are diversified by picturesque open areas, meadows, pastures, monumental trees, architectural monuments and places of national remembrance. Thanks to the scale of 1:50 000, roads, paths, hiking, cycling and kayaking trails, as well as all natural and cultural attractions located in the KPN area and its immediate surroundings, have been accurately marked on the map.

Tourists have at their disposal over 350 km of hiking trails and 200 km of cycling trails. The descriptive part of the map contains information about the KPN, descriptions of places worth visiting, a tourist guide, a diagram and description of tourist trails, a list and description of educational paths in the Park, as well as an accommodation base. The whole is complemented by attractive photos. The map is recommended for all forms of tourism and recreation, as well as for motorized people.
