On poorer soils, we fertilize them every 2-3 weeks with multi-component fertilizers, the last time at the beginning of flowering. Lushly growing inflorescences require support. The bulbs are dug up in the second half of September and in October. After digging up, cut off the shoots and dry them for a few days in a ventilated room or in the sun. After drying, the bulb should be cleaned. Over the winter, we store them in a cool, well-ventilated place at a temperature of approx. 5 degrees Celsius.
