Prof. Dr. habil. Monika Urbaniak, scientific editor, is the Head of the Department and Institute of Medical and Pharmaceutical Law at the K. Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. She is also a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań, President of the Polish Society of Health Sciences, and a member of the Polish Society of Medical Law and the Polish Society of Constitutional Law. Author of over 180 scientific publications, specializing in medical and constitutional law.
