Flap disc 115 x 22.2 mm, P60, zirconia 57-836 by NEO TOOLS is an accessory with a diameter of 115 mm and a grit of P60, with a 22.2 mm mounting hole, designed for grinding metal - including stainless and acid-resistant steel (INOX). The fan-shaped, radial arrangement of the flaps with full coating (100% coverage with zirconia grain) on a base of X-cloth ensures high material removal efficiency and stable guidance in machine work. The zirconia grain exhibits a self-sharpening effect, which extends the life of the tool during intensive work. The maximum rotational speed is 13,300 rpm and the permissible linear speed is 80 m/s.
