The comic "Art. Szczecin Comic" is an original project by Wojciech Ciesielski, who presents, in the form of short stories, the figures of Marian Tomaszewski, a pioneer of Szczecin art, Ryszard Tokarczyk, an avant-garde artist and co-founder of artistic education, Brunon Tode, an unruly spirit and legend of the Szczecin art world, Danuta Dąbrowska, a post-conceptual artist and lecturer at the Academy of Art, and Jan Szewczyk, an artist experimenting with traditional painting forms and social projects. In addition, the comic presents the 19th Meeting of Artists, Scientists and Art Theorists in Osieki in 1981 and the Artistic Meetings in Karlino in 1988.

Each of the short stories is characterized by a separate style, both visual and narrative, adapted to the nature of the work of a given hero. Wojciech Ciesielski, the author of all segments, implemented the project as part of a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and it was co-financed from the budget of the City of Szczecin. Ciesielski graduated from Museology at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. From 2006 to 2018, he worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art, a branch of the National Museum in Szczecin. He lectured on the History of Art, Culture and Design at the West Pomeranian University of Technology and Psychophysiology of Vision at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. He is the author of numerous articles on the history of art and broadly understood artistic criticism. Curator of numerous exhibitions of contemporary art, as well as the author of the comic "Zosia. First Flights" and the blogs "Komiks TV" and "Komiks Ciesielski".
