The teacher's diary was created on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 25, 2017 on the method of keeping documentation of the course of teaching, educational and care activities and the types of this documentation by public kindergartens, schools and institutions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1646) and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 28, 2017 amending the regulation on the principles of granting and organizing psychological and pedagogical assistance in public kindergartens, schools and institutions. The diary supplements the recommendations for psychological and pedagogical assistance issued by the psychological and pedagogical counseling center and recommended on the basis of the student's school diagnosis.
