The book Listening to the Hologram. The Corporeality of Virtual Animated Teams is the result of fascination with movement and corporeality – two basic features of the art of animation and music. This work attempts to answer the question of the place of the artist's body in the musical experience, systematizing gaps in the history and theory of popular music.
Konrad Sierzputowski focuses on virtual teams, which are a phenomenon difficult to define unequivocally. These are groups and artists who do not exist unequivocally in reality, but are mediatized beings whose work is inextricably linked to the medium of their presentation. The author analyzes teams in which all artists are represented by graphic forms and animated by various artistic techniques.
