This handbook is the result of the work of a team of authors from the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure at the University of Warsaw, who have extensive practical experience. The authors aimed to present both the basic procedural institutions and practical information, as well as to include relevant judgments of administrative courts and the Supreme Court on procedural issues.

The work covers three basic administrative procedures: general, tax, and enforcement.
