No one knew her real name, and her visions were written under the pseudonym Podlasianka. The only person who knew the visionary's identity was Father Józef Prus - Provincial of the Order of Discalced Carmelites in Poland. For years, he led her spiritually and supported her, especially when her candidacy for the religious state was rejected by successive monasteries. Perhaps her visions and prophecies stood in the way.

The aspiring nun experienced her first visions in the 1920s, when she was a young girl. Later, she repeatedly met Jesus, the Mother of God and various saints. "Since all this has been shown to me in visions - starting from Marshal Piłsudski's coup d'état to the last war and Nazi persecutions in Poland - everything has come true faithfully, so I cannot consider the rest of the unfulfilled revelations as hallucinations and delusions" - she wrote in the late 1940s.

According to the visionary, Poland was called to a great mission and should therefore become a model for other nations. As a reward, Poland is to triumph - when, after great historical turmoil, the United States of Europe are created on our continent, Warsaw is to become their capital - as one of the most important centers of the reborn world, next to Tokyo and Paris. "Among the Slavs, Poland is given the role of the leader of the Nations. She will be given the role of the final conversion of Russia." - she wrote. "In 1932, I saw a plastic map, shown from a bird's eye view. The outlines of the Baltic and Black Seas, the characteristic line of the Vistula and the arc of the Carpathians reminded me of Poland, but disbelieving my eyes, I asked in amazement: "What a huge country is this?" I heard the words of the Lord: - "This is Poland". When I could not calm down from surprise, I heard: - "One day it will be like that. I have great plans for you - Poles. May your sins not thwart these plans".
