Arschmallows is a game where the goal is to collect as few points as possible. It is played over 6 rounds, during which players try to remember the positions of individual cards and effectively exchange them. At the beginning of each round, players receive 6 face-down cards, 2 of which they can preview. On their turn, the player draws a card from the face-down or face-up pile, and then exchanges it with one of their cards or discards the drawn card, revealing one of their cards.

The game also includes action cards that add extra spice to the game. These cards allow you to perform special actions, such as viewing the opponent's cards, exchanging cards or blocking cards. If a player believes they have the lowest score, they can end the round with the cry Pupianki!. The round also ends when one player has only face-up cards in front of them. The person who ended the round must have the lowest total score, otherwise their points are doubled.
