The work discusses issues related to the functioning of Constitutional Courts in the four Central European countries that make up the Visegrad Group, i.e. in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. In seven chapters, the authors presented the results of their research relating to the constitutional position of constitutional courts, their organization, bodies authorized to bring cases, the nature of judgments and the effects of these judgments. The book is another joint work of the same team of authors following the publication entitled "Parliament in the Visegrad Group countries.
